Black Ice Cycling Places 22nd in the 2018 Little 500 Race!
From the ice to the track. From hockey players to cyclists. Black Ice Cycling is compromised of Division 3 Hockey players that participate in the Famous Indiana University Little 500 Race! Black Ice was formed in the 2016-2017 season, when the Head Coach Dave Shirley spoke with the boys about taking their talents to cycling. Without hesitation, a few players decided it would be a great opportunity to try something new, and Black Ice Cycling was formed! This Spring, Black Ice Cycling qualified for the 2018 Little 500 Race for the second year in a row and ended up placing 22nd overall!
