2017-2018 Season Wrap-Up
Your season wrap up with your favorite hockey team on campus! Division 3 Hockey at Indiana University finished the season with a 19-3-1 record. After coming off the best year in program history, winning the Indiana College Hockey Conference for the third year in a row, and making it to the second round of the ACHA M3 North Regional Tournament, Division 3 Hockey at Indiana University looks to take this seasons momentum into next!
On top of that, we want to give a shout-out and a very special thank you to all our graduating seniors for their hard-work and dedication to this program over the past four years! We want to wish the best of luck to them in their future endeavors!

Ben Seinfeld is taking his talents to New York, NY to work for Perella Weinberg Partners. He has been the team President the last two years and transformed the program into a national contender! He hopes to finance the team by age 25.
Nick Pistol is headed to Portland, OR for a Marketing and Sales position for Cyber Security with Tripwire. While out there, he plans to get involved with a Men’s League to continue to try and score goals. He also hopes to coach youth hockey in his future.
Bryan Mooney currently exploring options for a Sport Marketing position in the Denver, CO area. Mooney is also a outstanding triathlete, as he recently competed in the 70.3 Ironman Triathlon in Florida and officially qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in South Africa this coming September!
Danny Brogan can’t seem to leave “The Land” as he will be working for Polyone within its Marketing Leadership Development Program, out of Cleveland, OH. Brogan has high expectations for his hockey retirement career as he is already being recruited to play in a Men’s League back in the 216.
Danny Mikrut will be missed as much as we miss his hair. He will be living in Northwestern, IN where he will be working at Enterprise in the Management Program. One of Danny’s main goals is to build and sell businesses. On top of that, he and one of his very good friends are currently pursuing a start-up company called Top Flight Hockey. They plan to supply hockey teams across the country with all equipment needs, such as tape, wax, pucks, laces, water bottle, etc.
Shane Arhela is keeping his hair short and moving to Chicago, IL to pursue a Public Accounting position with Grant Thornton, LLP. Number 19 on the ice and number 12 in points, he looks to continue playing hockey in a local Men’s League. He will also be living with former IUD3 standout, Nate Mika.
